About the Role:

Egyroll is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our team at our Margham facility. This role is central to our operations, bridging the gap between our sales inquiries and administrative excellence. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of sales quotations, maintaining our digital presence, and ensuring our CRM stays up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations for our production line equipment.
  • Manage official company correspondence via email, ensuring timely and professional responses to clients.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads and sales progress.
  • Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles to enhance brand visibility.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of project documents.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience in sales coordination, office administration, or a similar role in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
