About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Setup Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys navigating the complexities of company formation and providing exceptional service to entrepreneurs and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on their application status.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end process of business registration, licensing, and renewals.
  • Prepare, review, and submit all necessary legal documents, including Memorandums of Association (MOA) and power of attorney.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the business setup/company formation industry.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with local labor laws, visa processing, and trade license requirements.
